Tasting Menu Evenings

Tasting menu events, such as those I’ve covered at Shibden Mill Inn and Norman’s, are a constant source of inspiration and motivation. Like the dishes on show, no two evenings are the same, and demand a change in flavour when it comes to capturing them. My work lets the award-winnning chefs’ food speak for itself, while subtly complimenting the feel of the evening.
