Pathfinder - Using Flash

Pathfinder is a brilliant local running group, dedicated to socially paced runs with a close knit community, open to all. I lead the group from time to time, but on this occasion I ran with another mission in mind - exeriment with flash photography. Its something I’ve never really explored, flash photography, and my inexperience showed when I was figuring out my camera settings on the fly. But I’m happy to report I figured it out enough to get some pretty stunning shots.

Paired with the Retropia “Oreo” lens that repurposes a fixed-focus, fixed-apeture disposable camera lens, it’s yeilded a nostalgic look to the images, that took next to no editing to bring out the style I was going for. Overall I’m pleased with the results, and look forward to implementing flash into my workflow once I’ve experimented more.
